Description

Company is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing team. Our public relations department creates campaigns on news and product announcements and monitors the corporate image in the marketplace.

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of press releases
  • Work with advertising department to promote press releases
  • Monitor and analyze press release exposure metrics
  • Interact with civic and other professional organizations that further the corporate culture and strategy
  • Assist with execution of trade shows with the marketing department
  • Engage public speakers for events

Requirements

Company is looking for an undergraduate student who is majoring in Business or Marketing. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Word, Excel and other presentation tools experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
